The other day I participated in my walk jog class and found out that I was in a lot better shape than I thought. I was able to run about 3 and 1/2 miles in about 25 minutes without stopping and taking a break. I was also impressed by how much I was able to lift a substantial amount of weight without any struggle. I am really happy that I took the class because I have become a lot more fit and am hooked on exercise! I feel so much better when I exercise and doing it for a grade is even better!
 
I really enjoyed my walk/jog class too when I took it. The part of it that I didn't like about it though was the fact that it is walk/jog not walk/jog/weightlifting. Granted weight training is important which one is more important and needed more in our current society? Cardio fitness by far!
